Town of Greig Comprehensive Plan

The Town’s first Comprehensive Plan was adopted in April 2026 and sets the stage for the Zoning Law update. Required by NYS Law, zoning laws must be updated to align with directions of a municipality’s Comprehensive Plan. Greig’s Comprehensive Plan and all attachments can be found below.
